Answer3: This was an Invitational competition which is the expertise network of Bain and Co. They invite second year students from different colleges for pre-placement interviews which enables you to  directly sit for the final placement interviews without any pre-resume shortlisting. The duration of the competition is somewhat around 1.5-2 months and has a participation from over 1200 students. The competition is divided in 3 rounds: Hypothesis Formulation, Solution Formulation followed by the final round. Only 6 teams are selected for the final round.

Answer 4: I was preparing for CLAT and AILET and one day I happened to visit the Tis Hazari Court which made me realize that this is not something that I Would like to spend 30-40 years of my life on. Since then, I started preparing for IPMAT and got into IIM Rohtak. I spent three months there. Somehow, I was able to clear DU JAT because of the preparation that I did for IPMAT. I was not using social media for 4-5 months and was completely focusing on my prep after CLAT and I think time management, scheduling and planning your tasks well is significantly important to achieve personal milestones in life.

Question5: You also bagged the National Runner Up position at the C2P summit 2022, SRCC, Can you throw some light on it?

Answer5: It was an entrepreneurial summit with multiple rounds. There were about 4-5 rounds to it. We had a Quiz round, followed by a C2P submission round and then there was a presentation round. We majorly focused on the presentation and the QnA round and somehow we as a team were able to secure the runner up tag in it.

Question6: Did Rotaract help you in your academic achievements?

Answer6: To be very honest, Rotaract really helped me. Be it my resume shortlistings, personal interview rounds or in the way I look at the world, Rotaract has shaped every bit of it. I have been placed at my current firm because of the social angle which rotaract provided and I am very grateful for it. So, be it personal or professional level, rotaract has really helped me.

Question7: You have acquired great Leadership skills.

Answer7: I have been into POR roles since my school days. When I stepped into college, I had my share of complexes as well. But, I prioritized the societies I wanted to apply for and got selected in some, then I went on to become the coordinator at Rotaract. I am a people's person and want to bring in some positive change in our society and that is what led me to being the president at rotaract.

Question8: Winning International and National competition is actually testament to your leadership and teamwork. Can you, in very brief, explain any intra or inter personality development which played a crucial role in your success?

Answer8: When you are in many societies and have several positions of responsibilities, then you need to check in with your priorities and work fairly well with each one of them. Being the president at Rotaract, taught me how to be an opportunist and therefore how to play a larger part in making the world better.
