The Achievement Cell stands as a symbol of excellence in Maitreyi and University of Delhi. We're here to commend high achieving individuals for all that they do in pursuit of their goals. We're here to create achievers — our trainings & mentorship, Knowledge Wing, and consultancy develop varied skills among individuals. And we're here to build a legacy of our institutions, one that reflects the strengths and talents of our student body. 

Why & How 

On spending an year at Maitreyi, our founder realised that a plethora of talented students join and graduate from Maitreyi each year. Yet, the college does not receive the fruits of their success. Maitreyi was not the primary choice of many candidates, yet from the inside the institution was nurturing talent for years. That's when the idea of a student body focused on bringing to the forefront these unsung heroes struck. 

On 15th August, 2018, the Achievement Cell was officially launched. With a team of 8, we began. In our journey upto today, we have found and appreciated hundreds of students. We have spread the message of excellence within the Maitreyi community and beyond. We have recognized and rewarded achievers from across Delhi University, taking forward our mission of kindling excellence.

One of our key focus is to train our team members to specialize in their roles. In that respect, we offer our specialization to third-party organizations, societies, and official bodies as well. Our current goal involves not only finding achievers but also creating them, and in the process we aim to deliver high quality output through our work.
