The MHRD facilitates the organization of Faculty Development Programmes in educational institutions across India. The Achievement Cell team worked closely with the Enabling Unit, NSS, and Office of the Principal of Maitreyi College to successfully conduct the week long programme in Maitreyi.
The Achievement Cell team was directly responsible for organization, operational initiatives, designing and reporting, accounting, as well as training of volunteers of NSS for the programme. Our founder, Oshin, and the team received verbal commendation from the Convener and Deputy Convener for the quality of work we did to help make the event seamless and successful.
Rhapsody - The Annual Fest of Maitreyi
We worked with the Student Union to make the Annual College Fest, Rhapsody engaging on social media. Our team of Reporters, Photographers, Videographers, Editors, and Social Media Experts combined to create a hotspot of social media engagement. During the project, we increased the reach of Maitreyi by over 200%.
Election Project
In an attempt to increase awareness and voter turnout in Maitreyi Student Union Elections 2019-20, our team interviewed the students of our college to understand their views on the elections going on. Students from various courses were covered and different opinions were noticed amongst all. With the constant interviewing and interaction, the A-cell created an environment where students were
excited about elections. SU Elections had seeped into daily conversations, and for the very first time, our college election was an event that saw students talking about it in every corner of the college.

Placement Cell
Our IT Team designed Placement Cell's Internship Fair 2019 brochure, presentation, and reports. We combined the achievements across societies, departments, and bodies of Maitreyi to compile statistics, edit and create visuals, and design the amalgamation to best reflect the potential of Maitreyi College.
Internal Complaints Committee Against Sexual Harassment
We offered designing and training for the Inter-College Competition held by the committee. We prepared brochures, posters, logos, reports, and infographics as well as mentored students to deliver a successful event.
Amatya - Mock Economics Simulation
Led by our founder, Oshin, we offered hands-on training and mentorship for the Inter-College Competition held by the Department of Economics. From training the student team of Economics Department to host the Mock Parliament to helping with the set-up, we offered 360 degree assistance and helped deliver a successful event.
